Governed by the importance of food safety, Maximum Residue Levels are strictly complied with. Every possible measure is taken to scientifically reduce residue levels and ensure our fruit is safe for consumption all over the world.

From the moment we harvest to delivering to the shelf, we closely monitor the cold chain, guaranteeing that we deliver a top quality product. In addition, each batch of fruit is assessed for sugar levels, acidity, pressure, colour, maturity, storage potential and residues.

We also know how delicate our produce can be and keep handling at a minimum to prevent bruising. One way we do this is by enforcing a strict speed limit on the farms and also to reduce the amount of dust that settles on our fruit.

Every year we travel the world over in search of new cultivars that would be suitable for our climate and soil. It keeps us at the forefront of innovation. We have tested over 400 new varieties each year we test more.
